Do you develop your leaders?

How much time do you spend growing your team? Coaching is obviously a great way to do this. I like Eddie Obeng's CO.A.C.H model, simple and seems to make sense to me.

Check Out what is actually happening by asking open questions...

Ask what they are going to do...to overcome issue or grab opportunity

Challenge them by asking questions to stretch their thinking, deepen their insights and generate more options

Help - offer help, but only if they want/need it.
